The Quick Load Servo 105 is a continuation of the Quick Load Servo III, the undisputed standard for short bar work. This versatile, fully automatic short bar feeder offers maximum flexibility for small and medium-sized production runs in the diameter range from 6 to 105 mm. With its new compact and homogeneous design, its quick and easy roller change system and its new HMI interface, the Quick Load Servo 105 reaffirms itself as the optimal solution for short bar feeding.

The X or Z axis retraction system 

Like all LNS short bar feeders, the QUICK LOAD SERVO 105 offers X or Z axis retraction. The retraction allows the bar feeder to be easily moved for maintenance on the machine tool without having to realign it afterwards. In addition, the retraction is easily unlocked or locked by a foot pedal.

The new HMI

The new HMI remote control is composed of both touch and buttons, making navigation pleasant and easy, while maintaining the LNS ergonomics. The remote control provides interaction between the bar feeder and the operator by displaying information visually via pictograms and images.

The standard side loading rack

Thanks to its wide cover, the loading area is completely safe for the operators without altering the passage of the bars. Moreover, the depth of the loading rack allows to store a large number of bars (108 bars of Ø 6 mm or 8 bars of Ø 80 mm or 6 bars of Ø 100 mm).
