The Express 332 S2+ is an automatic bar feeder with magazine for small, medium and long production series. The design of this bar feeder allows for fast diameter changes and short set-up times. The hydrodynamic guidance in the guide channels allows an optimal and vibration-free rotation speed of bars with diameters from 3 to 32 (34) mm.

New HMI                     

The Express 332 S2+ has a new user-machine interface (HMI). The HMI improves the interaction between the bar feeder and the operator by displaying information visually via pictograms and images.

Intelligent electronic synchronization

Precise synchronization of the pusher assembly with bar stock during rapid movements of the sliding headstock is essential because it will eliminate bar buckling and unsafe disconnect from the pusher collet. Due to the heavy mechanical components for synchronization, this provides unnecessary stress on the headstock.
