Barstock Loading Capacity

At a depth of 240 mm, the enclosed loading ramp allows a large number of bars to be prepared. An optional 100 mm internal extension for bars from 4 to 12 mm provides up to 340 mm capacity of extended production runs.

New HMI                     

The Express 220 S2+ has a user-friendly user-machine interface (HMI). The HMI improves the interaction between the bar feeder and the operator by displaying information visually via pictograms and images.

Guiding 2mm Bars

The channels are completely closed by a special cover which prevents the bars from slipping out of their guide. The cover opens when the pusher and its drive system arrive.
