The Cyclonic FILTER-Series option is available for Chipblaster F-Series and V-Series high pressure coolant systems. Sludge tank comes standard with cyclonic FILTER-Series models. LNS Chipblaster high pressure coolant systems are designed to operate at peak performance to increase CNC machine tool efficiency. Our high pressure coolant options provide added-value to your high pressure coolant system. Further, all LNS products are manufactured to the utmost level of quality. Likewise, our options are held to the same quality standards as our products.

Cyclonic FILTER-Series

The cyclonic FILTER-series filtration system is the most efficient way to prolong coolant life and protect your CNC machine from damage caused by recirculating chips and fines. In addition, there are no bag filters to replace. The recommended LNS Chipblaster ST 200 sludge tank holds particulates outside of the machine-tool sump and is easy to access for cleaning.

Manufactured to rigid standards in our ISO certified facility, this maintenance-free filtration system has no filter media to change. Above all, coolant is filtered to 2 microns. Both cyclonic filtrations models have efficiency ratings up to 100% for filtering coolant to 10 microns, up to 95% filtering to 5 microns and up to 50% filtering to 2 microns.
