The Chipblaster UBV goes well beyond conventional coolant systems to automatically provide optimal pressure and flow for all applications. This assures more accurate cutting, faster throughput and longer tool life. All in an affordable, custom-designed unit requiring minimal floorspace.

Most high-pressure coolant systems concentrate only on chip management and pump at a fixed rate, regardless of need. This wastes energy, especially when using smaller tools, as a majority of the coolant is simply dumped back into the tank. Chipblaster UBV automatically delivers just the right amount of coolant to maintain optimal pressure and flow for each specific application, thus coolant is never bypassed. The result is energy savings and extended tool life.

The Chipblaster UBV requires only fluid connections and a functional interface from the machine tool to operate.

It is a compact high pressure coolant system specifically designed to slide under most of the LNS barfeeders in order to save valuable floor space. The Chipblaster UBV perfectly fits the needs of your sliding headstock machines, whether in left or right configuration.

The Chipblaster UBV is equipped with an 80 litre tank. It allows a variable flow up to 22 liters per minute, with integrated VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and a maximum coolant pressure up to 140 bar. Depending on how many coolant-enabled tools are installed on your lathe, your Chipblaster UBV can be purchased with 4 or 8 outlets.

The user friendly touch screen interface provides well-structured and easily readable menus, allowing the user to easily adjust pre-set pressure values, change unit settings, and monitor various operations in one central location.

The Chipblaster UBV contains a single cartridge filter sized for 10 um (oil). Multidirectional casters allow easy mobility of the unit for installation and maintenance. Its body is entirely powder-coated for the highest durability. The Chipblaster UBV is designed to work with either oil or emulsion based coolants.
